Elimite is administered for the treatment of scabies. Apply Elimite on the skin from the head to the soles of the feet. The usual application dose is 30 grams. Wash the cream off after 8 to 14 hours. Do not apply to open cuts or wounds in order to prevent too much absorption of the medication by the body. If you are breast-feeding, consult your doctor before using Elimite as it may be passed onto breast-milk.
Warnings Precautions
Do not apply this medication to the eyes, nose, or mouth. If this happens, rinse with water immediately. Sexual contacts should be avoided until the treatment with Elimite is terminated.
